Greg has served as a Senior Principal and has been instrumental in growing his prior firm from its inception, to four major offices throughout Texas to include Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston. He provides a wide array of specialized services to his Clients. Greg is known for his expertise and experience in bringing some of the most challenging and difficult projects to life. Greg is now continuing his next chapter in the Consulting and Engineering market by creating GSRW Partners. He is the Founding Partner and President, and is joined by his new Partner Reece Whitley, who serves as Senior Vice President. Greg is also a lifelong Austinite, a Chi Epsilon graduate in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
He is also very active in the Austin market and has served on various committees and boards, and is an active member of the following: Urban Land Institute - ULI Austin. He served on the Executive Committee, Advisory Board, Chair of Mission Advancement, and Treasurer. Chair for the Development Process Committee for the Real Estate Council of Austin. He has also been an active member of Opportunity Austin since its inception.
Reece Whitley

Reece Whitley brings 30 years of Engineering and Development Consulting experience to GSRW Partners. He has managed engineering operations and offices for large and small firms in Texas, Florida and California. He is an established Project Manager that has vast knowledge and experience in large commercial and single-family developments. His understanding of land development complexities, codes, and ordinances has proved instrumental in many challenging projects. Reece grew up with a father in the construction industry and understands the intricacies of working alongside contractors and addressing construction issues.
After many years of working in the Engineering and Development industry he is eager to realize a new chapter and vision for a new consulting engineering firm. A firm that places emphasis on creativity, collaboration and synergy among employees and clients. A firm that chaperones success, encourages and rewards individual and team achievements. This vision has come to life in 2024 in collaboration with founding member, Greg Stmiska in the partnership of GSRW Partners. As Vice President of Operations, Reece is responsible for civil engineering operations, the engagement and direction of GSRW Partners.
